This course is  providing a comprehensive and immersive training experience designed to unlock your full potential in the captivating sport of artistic swimming. Our goal is to help you develop the grace, beauty, and athletic prowess required to excel in this unique discipline.
 
This course has a 5 full video land sessions and  design for basic level from 6 to 12 years old.
If you find some of the exercises difficult, please do less repetitions. 
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to encompass a wide range of training elements and lasts approximately three hours. We begin with a thorough warm-up segment, physical preparation, elastic session, kicks, flexibility, acrobatic and many more.
